What is Extra Super Tadarise?

Active ingredients: tadalafil and dapoxetine.

Extra Super Tadarise is a two-in-one tablet used by adult men for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It brings together tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor for erections, and dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI that helps delay ejaculation.

Who uses it and why

How it works

Tadalafil (40 mg): relaxes blood vessel smooth muscle in the penis by inhibiting PDE5, allowing more blood inflow during sexual stimulation to help achieve and maintain an erection.

Dapoxetine (60 mg): increases serotonin signaling in brain pathways that regulate ejaculation, which can improve control and extend time to ejaculation.

Directions and timing

Follow your prescriber's instructions exactly. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

  • Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not split, crush, or chew.
  • Can be taken with or without food.
  • Typical timing: about 1 hour before planned sexual activity, or as advised by your clinician.
  • Use only as needed; do not take more than once in 24 hours unless a clinician specifically instructs you.

Precautions and warnings

Use this medicine only after a professional assessment. Tell your clinician about all health conditions and medicines. The following situations require extra caution:

  • Age under 18 years: not for use in minors.
  • Low blood pressure or a history of fainting; risk of sudden blood pressure drop, especially when standing.
  • Any penile deformity or conditions that raise the risk of priapism (e.g., sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma, leukemia).
  • Kidney or liver impairment, especially if severe.
  • Changes in vision or hearing: stop use and seek care if you notice sudden loss or significant change.
  • History of seizures, bipolar disorder, or mania: dapoxetine can increase risk of mood or seizure issues.
  • Bleeding tendency or use of medicines that increase bleeding risk.
  • Use of herbal or over-the-counter sexual enhancers: disclose them to avoid interactions or additive effects.
  • Adults over 65 years: discuss dose and monitoring with your clinician first.

Do not use if

  • You are allergic to tadalafil, dapoxetine, or any ingredient in the tablet.
  • You have not been properly evaluated for ED or PE by a clinician.
  • You use nitrates or nitric oxide donors (e.g., nitroglycerin) or riociguat; severe blood pressure drop can occur.
  • You have significant heart disease (recent heart attack, severe heart failure, serious arrhythmia) and are not cleared for sexual activity.
  • You have uncontrolled low blood pressure.
  • You are taking MAO inhibitors or have taken them in the last 14 days.
  • You have severe liver or severe kidney disease unless a clinician specifically authorizes use.
  • You are using certain antidepressants or antipsychotics that strongly interact with dapoxetine, unless your prescriber manages the combination.

Possible side effects

Not everyone experiences side effects, but when they occur they are often mild and temporary. Seek urgent care for chest pain, prolonged or painful erection (over 4 hours), severe dizziness, fainting, or sudden vision/hearing changes.

Important drug interactions

Always provide a complete medication list (including supplements and recreational substances) to your clinician. Notable interactions include:

  • Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin): can raise tadalafil and dapoxetine levels.
  • Medicines that prolong QT interval or affect heart rhythm (e.g., thioridazine, certain antipsychotics): increased arrhythmia risk with dapoxetine.
  • MAO inhibitors: risk of serious, potentially life-threatening reactions with dapoxetine.
  • Nitrates or riociguat: dangerous hypotension when combined with tadalafil.
  • Other CNS depressants such as opioids, sedative-hypnotics, some antiseizure drugs: may worsen drowsiness, dizziness, or fainting risk.
  • Alpha-blockers and some antihypertensives: additive blood pressure lowering; dose timing and monitoring needed.
  • HIV medications, some antibiotics, antifungals, and anti-TB drugs: can alter metabolism of tadalafil/dapoxetine.

Missed dose

This product is taken as needed, not on a fixed schedule, so a missed dose is unlikely. If a dose was planned and missed, do not double up; take it only when needed and as advised by your clinician.

Overdose

Taking more than directed can cause significant adverse effects. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, agitation, flushing, nosebleeds, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, very low blood pressure, prolonged erection, dry mouth, and indigestion. Seek medical attention immediately if overdose is suspected.

Storage

  • Keep tablets in a tightly closed container at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
  • Do not store in bathrooms or near sinks.
  • Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
